Rian graduated from The Arts Educational Schools Of London in 2001.

On stage, he has appeared in new plays Witness Appeal, Sweat, Dear Mr Kennedy and The Sound Of Heaven, and musicals: The Wiz, Obama On My Mind, Not Quite Gospel, Desire and Millions Missing. He has also performed in childrens' theatre productions Rumplestiltskin, Aladdin And The Magic Lamp and Dragon Tails.

Rian's film credits include Exitz, Cab Hustle and the award winning short Holly Bolly.On television he has appeared in the Channel 4's Viva Liberty and the CBBC production Relic-Guardians Of The Museum. In addition he has worked as a dancer with long established hip hop dance groups "Born 2 Rock" and "Strength In Numbers". He has performed with the latter in Decipher, Roots And Wings, Stone Seeds and Breathe.
